Value added products
We make several delicious value-added products with our crops, inspired by preserving the bounty of our season. Our value-added products were designed and developed by our friend chef Benjamin of The Farmers’ Feast. With his consultation, we have currently taken over production of these beautiful products on our own and have a 20-c license that we use in the Philmont Cooperative Kitchen on Main Street in the village of Philmont, just a couple miles from our farm.
We sell these products at our booths at the farmers markets, and to local stores and wholesale buyers. Our Field Salt is shipped nationally. Stop by our farm store for a full array.
Products have included seasoned herb salts, vinegar vegetable pickles, salad dressings, hot sauces, lacto-fermented vegetable condiments and the famed garlic-chili crisp.
