Common Hands is truly a special CSA, not just because the vegetables are grown biodynamically but because Dan lets you choose which vegetables you want each week. And the variety of choices is fantastic – including the best watermelon radishes we have seen or eaten.

One of the best things about Common Hands is the people.

Very good info from staff , delicious food.
When I joined the CSA I no idea what a positive effect it would have on my life! I joined because I like the idea of having good wholesome organically grown food that I could cook for myself and family and friends. I also wanted to experience the connection to acquiring our food from the source- the farmer. Not a commercial corporation interested in the bottom line: money. not health and wellness. I have found more than I could have imagined with this CSA! Dan and Keri are more than farmers who provide healthy nutritious food to the community- they are people committed to caring for our planet. Their love of what they do comes through with the care they take with the farm share offerings. I have learned about veggies I never knew existed and their nutritional value along with suggestions for cooking them because of their newsletters. The herb tea blends, pickled peppers, hot sauce, lemon grass bundles are just a few of the extras you wouldn’t expect from your average farmers market. The bottom line is the result I have experienced by joining the CSA has been feeling good about the food my family eats! And feeling appreciative for the people at Common Hands farm for all their hard efforts and dedication to the work they do preserving our planet and producing healthy organic food for all who are fortunate to become a part of their CSA.
